At MISSECO, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Since our products are eco-friendly, handcrafted and sometimes personalized, we maintain clear guidelines for cancellation, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by writing to us at support@misseco.in with your order details.
  • Once the product has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns only in the following cases:
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos at info@misseco.in
  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

Please note:

Personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-based items (like essential oils, copper bottles in use, etc.) are non-returnable.
Replacement will be offered for the same product; if unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Important:

For any return or refund claim, it is mandatory to provide proper evidence (video/photo) within 12 hours of delivery.
Our team will inspect the evidence and product condition. Based on the inspection, MISSECO reserves the right to approve or reject the return/refund request.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes a quality check at our end.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, MISSECO will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, customers will need to ship the product back at their own expense.
