- Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except for COD). A confirmation email/SMS will be sent post-payment.
- Pricing
- All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices may change without prior notice.
- Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds: Issued only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered. Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Cancellations: Allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
